세빈세 바이락크(Sevince Bayrak)와 오랄 곡타쉬(Oral Göktaş)는 2007 년에 이스탄불 공과대학교에서 건축학 학사 학위를 받은 후 SO? Architecture and Ideas를 설립했다. 2013년에는 MoMA PS1의 Young Architects Program에 선정되었고, 2015년에는 그들의 설치 작품이 로열 아카데미 오브 아트 및 로마의 MAXXI에서 전시되었다. 또한 2018 사라예보 건축의 날 및 2019 부쿠레슈트 이스트 센트릭 건축 트리엔날레에서도 그들의 작업이 소개된 바 있다. 지진 이후의 주택을 다룬 프로젝트인 'Hope on Water'와 'Fold & Float'는 제4회 이스탄불 디자인 비엔날레, 233, 루마 아를르, 로열 아카데미 오브 아트, MAXXI 및 덴마크 디자인 박물관에서 전시되었다.

세빈세는 최근에 자신의 박사 논문을 기반으로, 이스탄불의 공공 공간의 진화에 관한 내용을 다룬 "Bir Meydanyk s : Beyazit"을 출간하였다. 세빈세는 현재 MEF대학교에서 조교수로 재직 중이며 오랄은 2019년부터 MEF 대학교에서 '대안적 건축 실천'이라는 이름의 대학원 디자인 스튜디오를 운영하고 있다. 세빈세와 오랄은 2023년 제18회 베니스 건축 비엔날레의 터키 파빌리온 큐레이터이다.
Sevince Bayrak and Oral Göktaş founded SO? Architecture and Ideas in 2007 after they got their bachelor's degree in architecture in 2005 from Istanbul Technical University. Their works have won multiple awards and been exhibited in museums such as the Young Architects Program by MoMA PS1 in 2013, an installation at the Royal Academy of Arts and MAXXI in Rome in 2015, Days of Architecture Sarajevo in 2018, and Bucharest Triennale East Centric Architecture in 2019. Their interdisciplinary projects on post-earthquake housing "Hope on Water" and "Fold & Float" have been exhibited in the 4th Istanbul Design Biennial, Z33, Luma Arles, Royal Academy of Arts, MAXXI, and Danish Design Museum.
Their work has been published internationally, won numerous awards and was nominated for the Mies and Aga Khan Awards. Sevince and Oral have received invitations to lecture at TU Delft, ENSAP Bordeaux, MAO Ljubljana, Recyclart Brussels, Design Monat Graz, Demanio Marittimo KM278 Ancona and Royal Academy of Arts, among others
Sevince recently published her book, Bir Meydan yk s : Beyazıt (A Story of a Square: Beyazıt), adapted from her PhD dissertation about the evolution of public space in Istanbul. She is currently Assistant Professor at MEF University. Oral has been running a graduate design studio, titled Alternative Architectural Practices at MEF University since 2019. Sevince was one of the architects presented in the Good News, Women in Architecture exhibition in MAXXI, 2021. In 2023, Sevince and Oral are the curators of the Pavilion of Türkiye at Venice Architecture Biennale.
